Page  24:   Labels of U. hamiltonii & U. benthamii should be swapped. 
Page  45:   D. affinis grows in Central Africa (not in Brazil).
Page  48:   Middle-left photo is D. erythrorhiza ssp. collina (not D. erythrorhiza var. squamosa)
Page  66:   Lower-right photo is a flowering D. lanata (not D. dilatatopetiolaris).
