Rotary Manure
Spreaders |
|
The Rotary Manure Spreader shown
above has a 5 ft. wide opening to more easily accommodate a front end
loader. The larger width also provides a greater surface are enabling more
manure to be shredded during each rotation, thus cutting your spreading
time. |
|
The ES77XL Rotary Manure Spreader
is almost as tall as a jeep, and yet you only need a Gator or Mule to pull
it, filled to capacity! |
|
Eco Smart! |
An average
1,000 pound horse produces 9 tons of manure each year, 50 pounds per day,
containing valuable fertilizer elements. Add to that an additional
cubic foot of bedding material and you get 730 cubic feet/year from one
horse. Manure management in pastures depends primarily on getting
good distribution of manure across the pasture. |
The Rotary Manure Spreader is the most ecologically smart spreader to use
because the manure is shredded into small pieces that dry out and
incorporate faster into the soil returning nutrients, enzymes, and
microbial organisms to the soil within days. Pictures above is a
typical spread laid out by the Rotary. |
|
Mechanically Smart |
The Rotary Manure Spreader is completely ground driven, no PTO to hook up,
and no belts, chains, gears, or cables to wear out, bind up, or break.
The mechanically Smart Rotary contains no wood to rot or splinter.
Heavy duty truck bearings, 1/8 inch structural steel, and angle iron
covered with high density powder coating make for a long lasting machine.
The weight is evenly distributed on the four-wheeled frame. There is
no weight on the hitch therefore requiring half the horse power to pull
twice the weight! Also, each Rotary Manure Spreader is high-density powder
coated over a zinc rich primer which retards rusting. |
User Smart! |
The Rotary Manure Spreader is completely user friendly! Hydraulic lifts
help raise and hold the lid. The opening of the barrel can be
positioned at any height to accommodate much buckets, wheel barrows, and
front end loaders. Easily moved by hand when empty, and easy to
hitch. |
